James Shipton

Independent Chair

Over 25 years of leadership in financial services and corporate regulation across the globe. James was previously the Chair of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Australia’s corporate and financial regulator, from 2018 to 2021. James has held several senior leadership roles held in the academic, private, and public sectors in Australia, Asia Pacific, and the United States, including at board and CEO level. James is currently a Senior Fellow of Melbourne Law School and a Fellow of the Ethics Centre.

Stephen Glenfield

Independent Director

Over 30 years expertise in financial services regulation: chiefly as General Manager at APRA, Chair of APRA’s Superannuation Industry Group and a member of APRA’s Prudential Policy Committee. Then Chief Executive Officer of the (Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) from 2018-2022.

Nick Brookes

Managing Director

30 years’ experience in Director/ Senior Management roles across Trusteeship, Superannuation, Investments, Private Banking, Financial Advice, Education and Technology – Australia, UK and Middle East.

Over 20 years specialist expertise in superannuation trusteeship, 20 years as Chief Executive of superannuation entities; 11 years as an APRA regulated Extended Public Offer (EPO) Registrable Superannuation Entity Licensee (RSEL) Trustee Board Director. Founding Chief Executive of CCSL, now Diversa, which became the largest repository of stand-alone super funds in Australia. Founding Chief Executive of the Corporate Super Association (CSA), representing circa $60bn in member funds.

Mitchell Petrie

Independent Director

Over 30 years’ experience across senior financial services positions. Mitchell is a former partner of KPMG Australia and is an experienced non-executive Director. Mitchell Chairs our Board Audit Committee.

Mitchell has significant experience in corporate governance and enterprise risk management, board advisory, internal controls, statutory financial reporting as well as governance and risk for major capital projects.

Natasha Quirk

Over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector specialising in governance, risk and compliance; 8 years regulatory experience with APRA; 10 years of consulting experience spanning across superannuation, insurance, financial institutions, investment management and financial advice.
